High-tension step-down transformers for high-frequency induction welding of steel tubes and pipes. Engineered for tube-mill duty, delivering controlled high-current HF output to fuse the longitudinal seam at line speed. Up to 1000 KVA.
MP Electric Corporation manufactures high-frequency induction tube welding transformers, high-tension step-down units up to 1000 KVA that deliver controlled HF output to fuse the longitudinal seam of steel tubes and pipes at line speed. Engineered in our Indore facility for continuous tube-mill duty.
In high-frequency induction welding, the transformer delivers controlled high-current HF energy to the work coil, concentrating heat at the strip edges so they forge-weld as the formed tube passes through the squeeze rolls. We build these transformers for the thermal and electrical stress of round-the-clock mill operation, in ratings up to 1000 KVA.
Every unit is engineered to your mill's frequency, power and duty, not picked from a fixed catalogue.
Designed, wound, assembled and tested in our own central-India facility.
Dispatched to customers across India.
Tell us the mill and tube range and we'll recommend the right rating.
