Diode-based rectifiers offer a robust, economical fixed-output supply. We size the transformer, rectifier stack and cooling to your duty, built air-cooled, oil-cooled or water-cooled (without external cooling fins) to match the load.
For processes that demand a tightly held output, we build electronically-controlled rectifiers with selectable constant-current (CC) and constant-voltage (CV) regulation. The unit holds the set point automatically as load and temperature vary, which matters in plating, anodising and battery formation, where deposit quality and repeatability depend on a stable output.
